Lois Roen:  Lois has a lot of natural artistic ability.  She takes notes in class and is really interested in all aspects of painting.     Lois has a great sense of humor and a joy to be in my class.

This is a large wooden frame that Lois painted for her grandaughter.  There is a mirror that goes in the middle.  It turned out very cool!

Charlene Govert-  Charlene (or Jolene as my husband calls her), is the mother of Jody Ballard.  Charlene and her husband own a tree farm.  She does beautiful wreaths and garlands at Christmastime.  She paints lots of presents for her family.  She is a wonderful person and lots of fun to be with.  It is nice to have she and Jody in class together.\

This painting is done on enamelware.  Geese painted on enamelware
trimmed in blue, framed in a shadow box frame.

This round barn is located near Ontario Wi.
Charlene painted it on an 8" x 10" canvas and painted in acrylics.

This Zebra is painted on a preserved leaf.  This was painted
with acrylic paints and framed.  Turned out just beautiful!

Myrna Fauska- Myrna is full of life!  She loves to do so many things, so it was just natural that she would enjoy painting so much.  She and her husband Dave love to travel, so Myrna paints from pictures of places they have been.  She is our "Kendall" town historian and does lots of singing here.  She writes an article for the newspapers here that includes the news from her area.  I will be posting Myrna's paintings soon!

Patty Cooper-Zahn:  Patty is a really busy gal.   She has caught on very fast and has done a great  job.  She is painting some nice things and   has brought some humor to the class. She has lots of enthusiasm and desire to paint.  It is fun to teach someone who has that drive. Patty has been to Kendall to visit since we moved here and I hope she comes more often.
She is now married to Kurt and is busier than ever!

This painting has not been shown in it's completion due to the size.  There is a tree on the
left of the mill with more in the forefront as well.  When I get a better picture I will post.
This was done on an 11" x 14" canvas in Acrylic and was Patty's first painting.

Patty painted this picture for her son, who loves to hunt.
This was her first wildlife painting and made her nerves on edge, but it
turned out very nice.
