Irene Hill-  She had always wanted to take China Painting.    What a joy of a person.  I said to her one day, "Now Irene, don't be afraid to just jump right in there!"  Irene said, "Now why would I be afraid of paint!"  She has been painting her heart out ever since.  Just love it!  Irene is  a member of Blackhawk China Painters and WOCP.  She also goes to Florida for the winter now and takes classes and attends their conventions while there!

Debbie Pond - Debbie works as an accountant by day and painter by night!  She met me when she workeded with my sister Joni.  She is painting both acrylics and  china painting. She is a member of Blackhawk China Club in Beloit, Wi.   She is doing great with both mediums.  She is very quick witted and fun to have in class.  Debbie has come to visit me in Kendall and paint with me.  Her new interest is in painting portraits and painting large canvas in Acrylics..  She is a joy to have as a student.

Nancy Wallace - Nancy commissioned me to paint her a sink for her bathroom.  She decided she wanted another one and I told her that if she learned to china paint, she could paint one herself!  Well, she painted one plate and then painted a beautiful sink with windmills on it.  She is now painting acrylics as well.  She is a very nice painter and such a wonderful person..
Nancy painted this on a 11" x 14" canvas.  This was a gift for her husband Tim.

This is his old truck and their dog "Wally" sitting in the window.

Pat Stratman-Pat was the first student to sign up here in Kendall.  I met her at a show I did in Elroy.  She is a retired school teacher with an oil painting background.  She is a very nice painter and will be painting lots of work in the future.  She is just full of enthusiasm!!

This is Pat's first painting.  11" x 14" acrylic of a pump house she painted from a photograph.

A favorite subject of Pat's seems to be the round barns from the area.
